United Drain Techs were very professional, fast, efficient and effective. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. They came out on a Sunday evening to fix our plumbing problem that was backing up all drains in my house. We had to preserve water to prevent overflow in the toilets, sinks and tub until the problem was fixed. Shortly after inquiry, Josiah came out about 2 hours right after to fix the issue. My drains were up and running no problem within an hour. Price is affordable compared to all other companies! Will definitely be using United Drain Techs again in the future!

Josiah is THE MAN! His expertise is NEXT LEVEL. He made short work of replacing my hot and cold washer bib. Then he called a drywall friend to patch up the area of install because the new bib was a little longer. Makes perfect sense to have a drywall friend when completing repairs in a house how cool was that??!! When turning off the water to my house he also found another issue which will be addressed in the near future BUT FIRST, he’s gonna replace my water heater!!! Thank you so much for coming by and for your ALOHA and customer service! If any of my family or friends need a plumber, I’ll be referring Josiah and UNITED DRAIN TECHS FOR SURE!!
